Collection Code

We operate a code word system as we get to know the adults who are collecting your child. This word, could be a family friend's name, a flower name, mode of transport etc. any word that is memorable to you.

We hold this safely, and ask you for it upon collection as we get to know each child's parents/guardians.

If other family members/friends are collecting your child, please let us know at drop off or phone the front office (01869 369 021). You must give us the name of the person collecting and give them the same word. Without this, we will not release your child.

If there is a regular pick up by a childminder, family friend, grandparents etc. please let your class teacher know the days and the adults names in writing (they must also have the word).
