Dear parents & carers,

As explained in the Girls Football Club sign up information, for away games, we will require parents/carers to help with transporting their children to and from the games.

If you will not be transporting your own child, but have arranged for a friend, family member or another parent to collect them from school, please provide this information below so that we know who to expect. We will usually leave school promptly at 3.10pm to prepare for a 3.45pm kick off and will advise if this is different Please can you arrange for your child to be collected from the school office at 3.10pm for this departure time, then we can all leave at a similar time and arrive together.

Please feel free to come and watch the game, all support will be most welcome.

Please could children wear blue or black shorts and socks, if they have some, and school will provide a shirt. If you do not have this kit, then please ask for a spare. Football boots and shin pads are essential, and children cannot play without them. Please ensure that your child also has appropriate layers for cold and wet weather and something warm to put on after the game. They may also bring a spare drink and snack to eat if they wish.

In order for your child to take part in away games, we require a completed consent form for each game. This is to allow us to plan how many players will be attending as well as ensuring that we know how the children will be getting to and from each game.

Fixtures will be added to school life as and when they are arranged and we will also send out push notifications to advise you when games are upcoming. We would ask that a form is filled in for each game that is relevant to your child, this should be completed by Friday of the week before the game takes place.
