Nursery and Cygnets regularly meet to discuss the Early Years’ Curriculum, topic planning and experiences. Communication also occurs daily with Cygnets to ensure we pass/receive messages between home and the settings and share information that may be required for their wrap around/Nursery session.

We are looking to further develop our communication and relationships with Cygnets by sharing specific information between settings relating to the children who attend wrap around e.g. your child’s progression and development, achievements, next steps, data collection, WellComm results, any SEN needs, concerns, and interventions.

To provide the best care and education for children who attend Nursery and Cygnets and to allow the staff who know your children to communicate effectively, therefore giving your children the best experiences across the two settings, we are requesting your acknowledgement for information sharing.
